Our boards are 24" x 48" cornhole regulation. We build our sets with quality materials, so that our Cornhole boards are not weak...in fact, we had three 160 lb men bouncing on the tops and did not even hear a snap, crackle, or pop !! The hole is 9" down and 12" across cut with a 6" hole saw. The bottom is 4" off the ground and the top is 12". The top of the games are made with 1/2 inch Birch Plywood. This wood is better than any plywood, MDF, or particle board on the market. We use to make are games with an AC grade plywood and found that the Blonde Wood Cabinet grade is better and smoother. Framed with choice 2x4's (not cheap framing 2x4's). We shoot two 3 1/2 inch nails into each corner and then fasten the top down with 1 1/2 staples. We have used everything from finishing nails to screws to fasten the tops down and this is the best. There is no nail to get the bags caught on and you will destroy the top if you try to remove it. Then they are sanded (corners rounded down, the edges smoothed out, and the legs are also sanded) so that there is no ruff edges to cut your hands or bags. The legs fold away for easy transportation and storage.Others use 2x2's or 1x4's to frame their boards which are very weak and MDF boards that will break down!!! Then we paint each finished set with 2 coats of white and 3 - 4 coats of color. If you like; these sets are ready for you to add your own creative ideas, designs, and decals or they are just ready to play on. Our goal is to build a quality game at a fair price and I believe that we have done just that!!! We have been building games for 5 years now and have sold over 7000 boards!!! We try to put a little extra TLC in our boards to make them a "toss" above the rest so that your family outings, tailgating parties, or any other type of outing/party can be a little bit more exciting!! The bags are 6"x 6", lined with muslin and covered in "duck cloth", filled with corn and are the cornhole regulation 1 pound! Email me with the color of your choice!!! red, gray, white, black, maroon, orange, kelly green, burnt gold, pink, light blue, brown, purple, yellow/gold, navy blue, royal blue, hunter green, and neutral.
