What to do is you need to return or exchange your game.
1. Do not through the carton/box away. All games must be returned in their original carton. If you do not have the original carton you must provide one to return it.
2. To exchange a game for another game; the buyer will assume all shipping cost, if the game is the same price the buyer will just pay for the shipping, if the game cost more the buyer will pay for the shipping and the additional cost of the game, if the game is less expensive the buyer will pay for the shipping less the difference in price. We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt if you are going to exchange the game.
3. To return a game for a refund; the buyer assumes all shipping cost, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and refund the difference in the price of the game and the return shipping. The refund will be made after we receive the return. Our product is very well described and we have a very reputable business. As of 1/1/2007 we have made over 1000 sets, shipping 75% of them, and have only 1 returned by an unsatisfied customer. We must be notified within 5 business day of receipt if you are going to return a game.
4. If a game is damaged during shipping; email us at once (within 3 days of receipt), take and send pictures is possible, and do not through the box away. We have only had 1 set out of the first 1000 damaged. If the game was damaged by shipping we have to follow the shipping companies guide lines and need to know ASAP. Each case may be handled differently do to different policies from different companies.
